A joint program pairing StoneWater Training's personal mastery and leadership content with Summit Coaching's business development work, led by Bob Turner — serial entrepreneur, author, and multiple-time Ironman finisher. Built for leaders who want themselves, their teams, and their businesses locked in, alongside a dedicated group of peers and coaches. Like every SWT program, it includes sessions before the main event and follow-up coaching afterward.

Focus: Decision-Making Under Risk & Uncertainty
A demanding program set high in the mountains above Park City, where risk isn't theoretical. Follow-up coaching sessions make sure it sticks.

Focus: Personal Foundations & Systems for Excellence
Southern Utah's canyon country in the best season of the year. Leaders review, reflect, and reforge their personal foundation and systems for excellence while leading each other across the desert — down into slot canyons, off cliffs, and onto the rivers cutting through some of the most striking terrain on the planet.
You'll leave with:
• A rebuilt personal foundation and a system for sustaining excellence

Experiences
StoneWater’s Leadership Experiences are 3-4 days and take place in the continental United States. They typically have a theme that ties closely to the training location. Before beginning your experience, you are provided with physical and mental preparation plans and also provided with a personal packing list.
Leaders fly into a central airport, link-up with their team and are “all-in” for the duration of the program.
All food, lodging, local transportation, specialized gear, technical training and expert guide services are included.
Upon completion, you will receive a follow up 1 on 1 debrief, in-depth peer feedback and the opportunity to design a plan to implement your lessons learned.

StoneWater Training’s Expeditions are similar to our experiences but generally run 4-14 days long, cover a broader spectrum of leadership and personal development themes and can take place outside of the continental United States.

Participants vary in age, physical ability, experiences and outdoor familiarity – this is not a course exclusively for hardcore adrenaline junkies and elite athletes (they’re welcome too of course)
