Phase I: Self-Leadership
This program is a 3-month package consisting of six in-person training sessions (remote available upon request). This course walks leaders through a deliberate path to self-knowledge, personal leadership and habits of excellence. Upon completion of this program, leaders will have a deeper understanding of who they are at their core.

Phase II: Core Leadership Skills
Leadership is a skill that can be developed and honed. The Leading with Excellence course is a 3-month package of six in-person training sessions (remote available upon request). This course is designed to follow Phase I and walks leaders through proven skills of elite leadership. Most importantly, these skills will be studied and applied real-time in the leader’s professional environment.

Executive & Performance Coaching
A 3-Month package of 6 X 60-90 minute in-person, coaching sessions (remote available upon request). Executive and Performance coaching sessions are focused on the client’s agenda and goals. StoneWater Training frames discussions, asks clarifying questions, provides perspective and offers an accountability partnership.

StoneWater Training will coordinate to have individual engagements held in a distraction free, outdoor environment near the client. StoneWater Training will provide pre and post work for each session as well as assessment results and a final debrief.
We believe being in the outdoors helps our partners focus on their development and growth in a healthy, distraction-free way. The American Psychology Association (www.apa.org) has a myriad of scholarly articles and quantitative research to support what many of us have known all along, being outside clears our mind, makes us happier and provides perspective!
