Service Description

These sessions focus on identifying the current team culture, defining the optimal culture, communicating and reinforcing culture as well as creating cultural touch points that are tangible representations of the optimal team culture.

Session 1: The “what, why and how” of culture
Session 2: Lived vs intended culture
Session 3: Communicating and structural reinforcement of culture
Session 4: The power of cultural artifacts

Content is delivered through a 3-Month package of six 60 minute working sessions (remote available upon request).
