This fall, StoneWater Training invites you to step into the unknown and challenge yourself and your leadership for 72 hrs alongside a team of other diverse, purpose driven leaders.
Leadership involves taking a team (or yourself) into new, uncertain terrain in order to grow or further your mission. This course will center on how to do that with intention, identify and mitigate risk and boldly lead yourself and your team to new heights.
This event has physical and mental preparation programs included as part of it. Once on the ground in Utah, training is a blend of academic and experiential events complete with real-time feedback. Upon completion, attendees will receive a one on one debrief and application coaching session.
Like most SWT events, we cover all food, lodging, gear, guides and transportation on location. You bring yourself, your personal clothes and a willingness to learn.
Capacity: 11 leaders.
